Comprehensive Sexuality Education Facilitator

In October 2022, my journey into the world of sexuality education commenced when I took on the role of a facilitator's assistant at OP OWL. I was in the classroom with 4th-6th graders. 

 

The catalyst for this pivotal career move was an article I wrote titled "Comprehensive sexuality education program called ‘life-saving’ by parents."  This piece sheds light on the remarkable program's profound impact on youth empowerment,  inclusivity, and violence prevention.

 

I realized the immense potential to contribute meaningfully to this important cause. I'm fueled by the desire to participate in this solution, empowering individuals with knowledge and skills that can transform lives.

 

I aspire to amplify the importance of sexuality education in violence prevention and fostering healthier relationships and a more inclusive community.

I currently serve as an OWL facilitator for 4th-6th graders.
